Request / Bookings
For information regarding availability of our rental objects for the requested period, please use the request form. We will submit a non-binding offer to you immediately.
In case of a booking, we ask for transfer of the indicated advance payment within 7 days. The reservartion is only valid upon receipt of the advance payment.
Informaton by telephone is non-binding and requires a written confirmation.
Cancellation conditions
- For written cancellations made up to 4 weeks before booked arrival day, the advance payment will be refunded minus a storno fee of € 20,00, or you can choose a credit note for the entire amount. This credit is also transferable to other persons!
- Cancellations made less than 4 weeks befor booked arrival day, the entire advance payment will be retained.
- The advance payment for pitches will only be deducted on departure, if at least 2/3 of the booked stay has been consumed
