What are the check-in times?
You can move into the reserved place from 11:00 am.
Does the pitch have to be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure or can I stay longer?
Yes departure is 11 am latest. A late departure until 18.00 o'clock is possible after consultation and availability, it will be charged depending on the duration up to 50% of the daily rate.
How spacious are the pitches?
The pitches are between 70 m² and 100 m².
Is it possible to book a specific place?
Yes, we will gladly consider your pitch request and reserve a specific pitch number, but we reserve the right to change pitch reservations if necessary for special reasons.
Is a night's rest at the campsite?
Yes, we ask you to respect the night rest from 10:00 pm to 07:30 am, during this time the barrier at the entrance is also closed. - no entry and exit is possible.
Dogs are allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome!
What are the costs if I have to cancel my vacation?
- For written cancellations made up to 4 weeks before booked arrival day, the advance payment will be refunded minus a processing fee of € 20,00, or you can choose a credit note for the entire amount. This credit is also transferable to other persons!
- Cancellations made less than 4 weeks befor booked arrival day, the entire advance payment will be retained.
- The advance payment for pitches will only be deducted on departure, if at least 2/3 of the booked stay has been consumed
Cancellations in the event of an official travel warning with quarantine regulations:
Cancellations are possible until the day of arrival. Your advanced payment will be refunded minus a processing fee of € 20,00 or you can choose a credit note for the entire aaamount. This credit is also transferable to other persons!
What do I need to connect to the power grid?
A cable with CEE plug. Adapters are available if needed.
Are gas connections possible?
Yes, all pitches have a gas connection.
Is it possible to change gas bottles at the campsite?
Can campers drain waste water and fill up with water?
Yes, if you stay overnight on the campsite free of charge, otherwise for a fee.
Does the pitches have cable TV and LAN connection?
Yes, some pitches have cable TV and LAN connection.
Is Wi-Fi available all over the campsite?
Yes, the campsite is connected to the fiber optic network and has Wi-Fi which can be used free of charge
When is the swimming pool open?
The swimming pool is opened daily from 09:00 am to 08:00 pm from May to September
Are Showers included in the price?
Yes, showers are included in the person fee.
Are single washing cabins available?
Yes, there are 9 shower rooms with washbasin and 3 single wash cabins
Is the Spa area included in the price?
No, there is a fee.
Is a washing machine and dryer available?
Is there an e-bike rental and what are the costs?
Yes, you can rent E-Bikes free of charge
Is table tennise and bats available?
Yes, and you can borrow bats free of charge.
Where can I store my ski equipment and dry my ski boots?
In our ski room with ski boot dryer, you can store your ski equipment.
Opened daily from 07:30 am to 07:00 pm from December to April.
Is there a restaurant at the campsite?
Yes, Restaurant/Pizzeria „Inntal Stadl”
Can I order bread at the campsite?
Wie offer a daily fresh bread service in our camping shop - with or without order.
How far away is the Achensee from the campsite?
The Achensee is about 7 km away and easily reachable with the Regio-Bus ( free of charge) or in a few minutes by car.
How far away is the next supermarket from the campsite?
A supermarket is next to the campsite.
Do ski buses also run from the campsite to the ski resorts?
Unfortunately, at the moment there is noski bus connection from the campsite to the surrounding ski resorts, but they can be reached by car in a few minutes.
What winter sports are offered?
Directly in the village there is a lighted sledding run, winter hiking trails, a stick shooting range, at the Achensee many opportunities for ski tours, beautiful cross-country ski trails and other winter hikes, (easily accessible by free regio bus).
Is the Achensee Card in the price included?
You will receive the Achenseecard after arrival at the reception - it allows free use of the Regio bus in the region Achensee. Furthermore you will get discounts and special offers with the card.
Does a bus regularly operate through the region?
Yes, the Regiobus operates every hour in the Achensee region and to Jenbach and can be used free of charge with the Achensscard. Other bus- and train connections ( Münster/Wiesing train station ) are reachable near the campsite
Where is the nearest swimming pool?
On the campsite is a outdoor pool available ( 14x6m). Other swimming facilities or natural lakes are reachable in a few minutes by car. Indoor pools like "Atoll Achensee" or Erlebnistherme Zillertal" are only 7 km away from the campsite
Do guests receive a reduced entrance fee for the Atoll Achensee?
Yes, with the achensee card.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in for Apartments, Mobile Homes and Camping Barrels starts from 02:00 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the accommodations by 10:00 am.
What do I need to bring with me?
The apartments and mobile homes are fully equipped. Please bring your own towels with you. We can provide towels on requst for a small extra charge.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are also welcome in our accommoodations.
Where can I park my car?
directly next to the accommodation.
